Our Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to
request a return. 

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or
exchange. All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in original unworn condition.
Defective items may still be accepted.

There will be $10 restocking fee and when shipping is free on initial order, shipping and handling fee, minimum $10 will be subtracted from the original purchase price. The retuning shipment fee will be paid by a customer.

Things not Being Accepted for Return

All Fabrics, downloads, patterns, custom-made and altered items are final sale. There is no refund accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please check your items when you received. if you found something wrong with the item, please
contact us immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or
plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care
goods (such as beauty products and face mask). We also do not accept returns for hazardous
materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns
about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the
return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the
refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original
payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company
to process and post the refund too.
