Before you purchase our dog shirts, please make sure to measure your dog's chest and neck size. If you are not sure, we are always welcome to answer any of your questions. Just email or send us a short message. The short message will be answered during our business hours. If you exit our site, it may not send you back our answers. Please remember, our store is in Hawaii, where the last place to change the time on the Earth. The time is most likely behind your time.

If you live in Hawaii, or if you are in Hawaii, you can always come to our store for fitting. Please bring in your pet if possible for accurate fitting. If you need to exchange size, we always accommodate that. Also if anything happen to our product, please contact us. We are happy to fix it.
For exchange the size, just pay the difference.
We will not accept any worn items.
